Keep Pegasus Mail flying high!

The Pegasus Mail Thousand

Pegasus Mail has served its community for nearly twenty years now, and I'd like to see it serve for another twenty: you can help to achieve this goal, by providing a small amount of reliable annual financial support. All it takes to keep Pegasus Mail alive and growing is for a thousand people each to pledge US$50 each year - that's just three movie tickets, one tank of gas, or half a meal for two at a restaurant.

If you would like to join the Pegasus Mail Thousand, you can do so in either of two ways:

  • By clicking the "Go to PayPal" button below: this will take you to our PayPal page, where you can make a secure $50 payment using a credit card, or if you have one, your PayPal account. You don't have to have a PayPal account to make a payment this way.
  • By sending a cheque for the equivalent of US$50 in your local currency to the following address; we can accept cheques in the following currencies: USD, Euro, AUD, NZD, HKD, SEK. Please make sure you include your e-mail address with your cheque.
    • Pegasus Mail, c/- David Harris,
      P.O. Box 5451,
      Dunedin 9058,
      New Zealand.

Regrettably, high bank charges mean that we cannot accept payments by electronic funds transfer. If US$50 is more than you can afford, or you'd like just to make a one-off donation for Pegasus Mail, you can do so via PayPal by clicking here.

All payments will receive an e-mailed receipt (for PayPal payments, it will be sent to the address you provide in the PayPal transaction), and the next version of Pegasus Mail will have a "reminder" function that will jog your memory next year when it's time to renew your pledge. We also plan to put together a "wall of fame" page on the main Pegasus Mail site where we will record the names of those who have shown their support and generosity by joining The Thousand.

On behalf of all the volunteers who help bring the program to you, I offer you my thanks for your interest in keeping "our baby" going strong. All the very best to you!

David Harris, author, Pegasus Mail.
